Working Class Music Festival

Liverpool Working Class Music Festival is a festival of radical song which takes place every year.

The 2009 Festival was a massive success and took place from Sunday 13th September to Wednesday 16th September inclusive.

Our aim is to promote songs of struggle, protest and social justice, as well as songs that tell our story.

The Festival was founded by Liverpool radical singer songwriter Alun Parry in 2008, Liverpool's year as the European Capital of Culture.

From 2011 onwards, the Festival will take place every April in the run up to the traditional May Day Celebrations.
